What you'll do
As a Sales Executive at Oscar, you will play a crucial role in driving membership growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads. Your daily tasks will involve conducting research to pinpoint target accounts and reaching out to prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media. You will qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their potential fit with Oscar's offerings. Collaboration with insurance brokers and agencies will be key, as you ensure they have the tools and information necessary to effectively sell Oscar's products. You will report to the Director of Sales and participate in team meetings and company events, which may require occasional travel.
