Who you are
You have experience in sales, ideally within the insurance or healthcare industry, and understand the importance of building relationships with clients and partners. You are skilled at conducting research to identify potential leads and target accounts, and you excel in outreach through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media. You possess strong communication skills that enable you to effectively convey information about products and services to insurance brokers and agencies. You are comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively, as this role involves a blend of remote work and travel for client meetings.
What you'll do
As a Sales Executive at Oscar, you will play a crucial role in driving membership growth for the business. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads, ensuring that insurance brokers across our coverage area have the necessary information and tools to effectively understand and sell our product. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance outreach efforts and improve lead qualification processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing partners and identifying opportunities for growth within those accounts. Your role will involve frequent travel for client meetings, as well as occasional travel for team meetings and company events.
What we offer
Oscar provides a competitive base salary ranging from $69,600 to $91,350 per year, along with employee benefits and participation in an unlimited vacation program.
