Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally within the health insurance sector, and possess strong communication skills that enable you to engage effectively with prospects. You are comfortable conducting research to identify potential leads and have experience reaching out to employers, brokers, and agencies through various channels including phone calls, emails, and social media. You understand the importance of educating the market on the benefits of ICHRA and how it can serve both employers and employees.
You thrive in a remote work environment and are self-motivated, capable of managing your time effectively while balancing home office work with frequent travel for client meetings. You are adaptable and open to occasional travel for team meetings and company events, ensuring you stay connected with your colleagues and the broader sales team.
What you'll do
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving Oscar's sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential leads to convert employers to the individual market. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, responsible for generating interest and setting up meetings. Your daily tasks will involve conducting research to identify potential leads, reaching out to prospects via various communication methods, and qualifying leads to ensure they align with Oscar's offerings. You will also educate the market on the benefits of ICHRA, helping employers and employees understand how they can access Oscar's services. Reporting to the Associate Director, ICHRA Growth, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve enrollment goals and contribute to Oscar's mission of providing innovative health insurance solutions.
What we offer
Oscar offers a competitive base salary ranging from $75,348.00 to $98,894.25 per year, along with employee benefits and participation in an unlimited vacation program. You will also have the opportunity to earn sales commissions based on your performance.
