Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the health insurance sector, and understand the nuances of the individual market. Your ability to identify and qualify leads is exceptional, and you thrive in a role that requires you to be the first point of contact for prospects, including employers, brokers, and agencies. You are comfortable conducting outreach through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to generate interest and set up meetings. You possess strong communication skills that allow you to effectively educate potential clients on the benefits of ICHRA and how they can access Oscar's services. You are self-motivated and can work independently while also being a team player who collaborates effectively with your colleagues.
What you'll do
As a Sales Executive at Oscar, you will play a crucial role in driving sales efforts for the business. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential leads to convert employers to the individual market, ultimately driving Oscar enrollment. You will conduct research to identify target employers, brokers, and agencies, reaching out to them via phone calls, emails, and social media. You will be responsible for generating interest and setting up meetings, educating the market on the benefits of ICHRA, and how employers and employees can access Oscar. You will report to the Associate Director, ICHRA Growth, and your daily work will involve a blend of working from your home office and frequent travel for client meetings. Occasional travel may also be required for team meetings and company events.
What we offer
Oscar provides a competitive base pay for this role, ranging from $75,348.00 to $98,894.25 per year, along with employee benefits and participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program. You will also have the opportunity to earn sales commissions based on your performance.
