Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally within the health insurance or related industries, and possess strong communication skills that allow you to effectively engage with prospects. You are comfortable conducting research to identify potential leads and have experience reaching out to employers, brokers, and agencies through various channels. Your ability to educate the market on complex topics like ICHRA will be key to your success in this role.

You thrive in a remote work environment and are self-motivated, capable of managing your time effectively while balancing home office work with travel for client meetings. You understand the importance of building relationships and are skilled at generating interest and setting up meetings with potential clients.

What you'll do

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving Oscar's sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential leads to convert employers to the individual market. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, responsible for generating interest and setting up meetings. Your daily activities will involve reaching out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media, ensuring that you effectively communicate the benefits of ICHRA and how employers and employees can access Oscar's services.

You will collaborate closely with the Associate Director of ICHRA Growth, reporting on your progress and sharing insights from your interactions with prospects. Your role will also involve conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, allowing you to position Oscar effectively in the marketplace. You will be expected to travel occasionally for client meetings and team events, ensuring that you maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What we offer

Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $75,348.00 - $98,894.25 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits and participation in an unlimited vacation program. You will also have the opportunity to earn sales commissions based on your performance, rewarding your efforts in driving Oscar's growth.
