What you'll do

In this role, you will become the expert on your team's business and technical domains, focusing on cloud best practices and site reliability. You will lead initiatives to architect and maintain a world-class infrastructure that supports Oscar's engineering efforts. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing automated, self-service infrastructure solutions that empower engineering teams to move quickly without compromising security or stability.

You will collaborate with other engineers to develop developer-focused tooling and ensure that best practices are followed across the organization. Your role will involve mentoring junior engineers and sharing your knowledge of cloud technologies and DevOps practices. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy for Oscar's technology platform.

What we offer

Oscar provides a competitive salary range of $180,504 - $236,911 per year, along with comprehensive employee benefits, including participation in an unlimited vacation program and company equity grants.
