What you'll do
As a Senior Data Scientist at Outreach, you will play a pivotal role in reconstructing customer engagement workflows from data. You will develop metrics to measure the success and efficiency of these workflows, providing tools that support their optimization. Collaborating with other data scientists, machine learning engineers, and application engineers, you will define and implement strategies that enhance our data capabilities. Your work will involve analyzing customer health scores and revenue dashboards, contributing to operational metrics that drive our infrastructure. You will also engage in predictive analytics and causal inference through experimentation, helping to identify new opportunities for product features that improve customer engagement. Your insights will directly influence the development of new products and features, ensuring that we continuously meet our customers' needs.
