Who you are

You have a strong background in sales strategy and a deep understanding of AI applications in revenue workflows — you've successfully defined and implemented strategies that drive sales performance and enhance user experiences. Your experience in working closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Product, has equipped you with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable strategies.

You excel in creating playbooks and frameworks that guide teams in utilizing Conversational Intelligence effectively — your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly ensures that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. You are data-driven, leveraging insights to inform your strategies and decisions, and you thrive in environments where you can influence and drive change.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the vision and strategy for the Communication Intelligence pillar of Outreach's AI strategy — you will define what success looks like and how insights from CI can be transformed into actionable strategies for sales teams. You will partner closely with various teams, including Sales, Solutions Consulting, and Product Marketing, to ensure that the CI strategy aligns with overall business objectives.

You will be responsible for building and refining GTM CI playbooks, ensuring that they are practical and effective for various lines of business. Your role will involve collaborating with Product teams to enhance user experiences, ensuring that the tools and insights provided are user-friendly and impactful. You will also engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in the CI approach.
