Who you are

You are a resourceful and ambitious sales specialist with a strong understanding of SaaS or Payments. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to ambitious growth plans. Your experience in sales has equipped you with the skills to convert qualified leads into delighted customers. You are autonomous and enjoy engaging directly with a diverse range of companies, from SaaS and AI to established enterprise businesses. You understand the importance of building relationships and driving revenue targets, making you a key member of the Sales team.

Desirable

Experience in e-commerce or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with payment infrastructure. You are comfortable working in a digital-first environment and can adapt to various working styles, whether remote or in-office. You have a proven track record of developing and executing long-term deal strategies and commercial negotiations, which will be crucial in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and grow a book of business of strategic accounts primarily based in EMEA, with some focus on APAC. You will develop and execute long-term deal strategies that align with Paddle's vision of becoming the go-to solution for SaaS businesses worldwide. Your primary focus will be to drive new business by engaging with potential customers and understanding their e-commerce provider needs. You will work closely with the Sales team to define and achieve revenue targets, ensuring that Paddle continues to grow and serve its customers effectively.

You will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the SaaS and payments landscape. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Paddle's offerings and improve customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will participate in regular training and development sessions to continuously improve your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
