Uber is hiring an Account Executive I to expand partnerships with local restaurants for Uber Eats. You'll manage the full sales cycle and leverage your negotiation skills to achieve sales goals. This role requires at least 2 years of full-cycle sales experience.

Who you are

You have at least 2 years of experience in full-cycle sales, demonstrating your ability to manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. You are results-driven and thrive in a competitive environment, consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals. Your strong communication skills allow you to effectively convey the value of Uber Eats to potential restaurant partners, ensuring a consultative approach in your interactions. You are comfortable with cold-calling and have a knack for building relationships that lead to successful partnerships. You understand the importance of managing metrics and are proactive in building your sales pipeline. You are a team player who is eager to contribute to best practices within your sales team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will prospect and build a pipeline to create partnerships with the best restaurants interested in Uber Eats. You will manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing a strong working relationship with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties. Your success will be measured by achieving and consistently exceeding monthly sales goals, which will require you to proactively manage your metrics, including cold calls, emails, and field appointments. You will also white glove the onboarding experience for new partners following the initial close, ensuring they have a seamless transition into the Uber Eats ecosystem. Additionally, you will help identify and build best practices for your sales team and others, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
