Who you are

You are an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in closing new business and expanding existing accounts. You thrive in building and nurturing relationships with C-suite executives, consistently achieving multi-million dollar deals through a value-selling approach that connects technology to measurable business outcomes. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute territory and account plans that align with the company's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), maximizing win rates and increasing customer lifetime value.

With experience in navigating complex sales cycles, you are adept at managing multiple stakeholders and decision-makers. You understand the importance of collaboration and partner closely with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, and Field Marketing to drive deal strategy and pipeline generation. Your ability to quickly grasp the company's software products enables you to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead multiple customer sales cycles from start to finish, focusing on acquiring new logos while managing longer and more complex deal timelines. You will own and grow large strategic customer accounts, ensuring that you navigate the complexities of multi-stakeholder environments effectively. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic territory and account plans to consistently achieve revenue targets within your defined portfolio.

You will work closely with various teams to drive deal strategy and execution, supporting pipeline development and co-selling efforts with channel partners. Your role will require you to maintain a deep understanding of the company's software products, allowing you to articulate their benefits clearly to potential clients. You will be rewarded for your efforts with competitive compensation, including uncapped commissions and accelerators, as you contribute to the growth of SingleStore in the software industry.
