What you'll do

As the Partner Implementation Lead, you will own the end-to-end partner implementation process, ensuring that all integrations, agreements, and enablement steps are executed flawlessly. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, engineering, and operations, to align on project goals and timelines. Your role will involve orchestrating efforts across various departments to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the implementation journey. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, identifying potential roadblocks, and proactively addressing any issues that arise.

You will also serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, guiding them through the implementation process and ensuring that their needs are met.
