You are a professional with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS environments, capable of aligning customer goals with strategic outcomes and business value. You thrive on building trusted relationships with executive and operational stakeholders, guiding them through digital and organizational change. Your collaborative mindset allows you to engage cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Expert Services to deliver seamless customer experiences. You are passionate about helping organizations unlock value, accelerate adoption, and bring innovation to life. You enjoy tackling complex problems and collaborating with kind and ambitious people in a flexible workplace.

Desirable

Experience in customer success or account management roles is a plus, as is familiarity with digital operations management. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of customer engagement and have a track record of empowering businesses to operate efficiently and scale securely.

What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at PagerDuty, you will be a trusted advisor to our customers, partnering closely with them to help achieve their business outcomes.
