You have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in localizing and optimizing campaigns for specific regions. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in adapting messaging and targeting for diverse audiences. You have a proactive approach to testing and learning, always seeking to improve the effectiveness of your marketing initiatives. You are familiar with various digital marketing channels, including search, paid social, and email, and have a knack for creating engaging content that drives user engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with Global Performance Marketing to localize and optimize global campaigns for the EMEA region. You will be responsible for planning and executing EMEA-specific digital programs across various channels, including search, paid social, display, and email. You will create local digital events such as webinars to engage potential customers and generate leads. Your role will involve monitoring channel performance, surfacing insights, and recommending budget adjustments based on regional signals and events. You will stay aligned with global campaign calendars and ensure that all localized content meets the necessary regulatory requirements. You will also collaborate with the Brand team to adapt messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing efforts. Your ability to analyze data and recommend strategic shifts will be crucial in driving the success of regional initiatives.
