You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in software development and user experience design. You understand the importance of delivering a consistent and exceptional user experience across platforms, and you are skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve this goal. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and have excellent communication skills that enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Desirable

Experience with AI-augmented software development or automated operations is a plus. Familiarity with digital operations management tools and platforms will help you hit the ground running in this role. What you'll do

As a Product Manager for the App Platform at PagerDuty, you will take ownership of the product roadmap and lead initiatives that enhance the user experience for PagerDuty’s Operations Cloud. You will work closely with UX designers to ensure that the platform meets user needs and adheres to best practices in UI design. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize features that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to accelerate product development, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. You will also engage in stakeholder management, working with various departments to align product goals with business objectives. Your ability to analyze market trends and competitive products will be crucial in shaping the direction of the App Platform.

In this role, you will facilitate communication between teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking the performance of product features post-launch. Your insights will help guide future iterations and improvements.
