Your expertise in A/B testing and causal inference techniques allows you to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets. You are passionate about fostering a data-driven culture within organizations and have experience training others in analytical methodologies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, finance, design, and engineering teams to align data insights with business strategies.

Desirable

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and techniques will enhance your ability to contribute to advanced analytics projects. You have a knack for communicating complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner, making you a valuable partner to leadership and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

As a Staff Product Data Scientist at PandaDoc, you will lead the experimentation roadmap, defining and executing strategies to measure impact across the organization. You will design and implement complex A/B tests and multivariate experiments, applying advanced causal inference techniques to assess the effectiveness of product changes. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to identify high-leverage business questions related to customer workflows and churn risk. You will provide leadership with reliable insights into true impact and causality, ensuring that data-driven decisions are at the forefront of business strategies.

You will also be responsible for advancing the organization's experimentation capabilities, training other analysts and data scientists on causal methodologies. Your leadership will help shape a culture that values data-driven decision-making, empowering teams to leverage insights for continuous improvement. You will report directly to the Director of Product Data, acting as a strategic thought partner to ensure alignment between data insights and critical business decisions.
