You have a deep understanding of causal inference techniques and are skilled in designing and analyzing complex A/B tests and multivariate experiments. Your expertise in Python and SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, uncovering insights that drive business decisions. You are passionate about fostering a data-driven culture within organizations and enjoy mentoring other analysts and data scientists in advanced methodologies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to align data insights with strategic objectives.

Desirable

Experience with Bayesian experimentation and advanced statistical methods is a plus. Familiarity with product management and finance data will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable communicating complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that insights are actionable and impactful.

What you'll do

As a Staff Product Data Scientist at PandaDoc, you will lead the experimentation roadmap, defining and executing strategies to measure impact across the organization. You will focus on high-leverage business questions related to customer workflows, churn risk, and long-term value. Your role involves designing, implementing, and rigorously analyzing complex experiments, applying advanced causal inference techniques to assess the effectiveness of product changes. You will collaborate with product, finance, design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between data insights and critical business decisions. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring other analysts and data scientists, sharing your expertise in causal methodologies and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
