Job Description
Who you are
You have over 8 years of product management and design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Your strong background in user experience, design systems, and collaboration products has equipped you to scale recipient-facing surfaces effectively. You thrive at the intersection of usability, design, and scale, ensuring that user experiences are both elegant and reliable.
You possess a deep understanding of mobile applications, particularly iOS and Android, and have experience leading cross-functional teams. Your ability to polish critical user journeys and improve information architecture across platforms is a testament to your expertise in product management. You are passionate about creating seamless experiences that enhance user engagement and retention.
What you'll do
As the Director of Product for Core Platform & Mobile at PandaDoc, you will lead a team focused on unifying user experiences across web and mobile applications. You will own the experience layer of our platform, overseeing how customers and their recipients interact with documents, collaborate, and navigate the product. Your leadership will drive the development of mobile-first experiences and enhance the recipient experience for our document viewing, signing, and collaboration surfaces.
You will work closely with design teams to ensure the adoption of our UI kit and design system across all teams, fostering a consistent visual language. Your role will involve leading teams to refine our top user journeys, including creating, sending, signing, and paying, while improving the overall information architecture of the platform. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure that the product meets the needs of our users and drives adoption and retention.
