You have over 8 years of product management and design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Your strong background in user experience, design systems, and collaboration products has equipped you to scale recipient-facing surfaces effectively. You thrive at the intersection of usability, design, and scale, ensuring that user interactions are seamless and engaging.

You possess a deep understanding of mobile applications, particularly iOS and Android, and have experience leading teams that focus on enhancing mobile-first experiences. Your expertise extends to collaboration features that drive user adoption and retention, making you a key player in enhancing the overall product experience.

You are adept at working with design frameworks and have a proven track record of ensuring that UI kits and design systems are adopted consistently across teams. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and innovation, encouraging your team to push the boundaries of what is possible in user experience design.

What you'll do

As the Director of Product for Core Platform & Mobile, you will lead a cross-functional product group responsible for unifying user experiences across PandaDoc’s web and mobile applications. You will own the experience layer of the platform, focusing on how customers and their recipients interact with documents, collaborate, and navigate the product. Your role will involve polishing critical user journeys, such as creating, sending, signing, and paying, while improving the information architecture across the platform.

You will collaborate closely with various teams, including engineering and design, to ensure that the product meets the highest standards of usability and performance. Your leadership will guide the team in adopting design frameworks and enhancing the overall user experience, making it elegant, fast, and reliable.
