PandaDoc is hiring a Small Business Account Manager to drive revenue growth and foster long-term partnerships with small to medium-sized businesses. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams. This role requires strong account management skills and a focus on customer success.

You have experience in account management, particularly within small to medium-sized businesses, and understand the nuances of driving revenue growth in this segment. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and value. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is key to your success, as you act as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth within your assigned portfolio, consistently exceeding targets for Net Dollar Retention (NDR). You understand the importance of customer success and retention, partnering closely with the Customer Success team to minimize churn and maximize the value delivered to clients. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop a deep understanding of your clients' businesses, challenges, and goals, enabling you to tailor your approach to meet their specific needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth within your assigned SMB portfolio. You will consistently exceed monthly NDR targets through strategic account management and proactive identification of expansion opportunities. You will conduct regular account health reviews with customers, clearly communicating the value they are receiving and outlining strategies for continued partnership and growth.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and customer success, to develop close relationships with your customers. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer adoption and addressing their needs proactively. By delivering value and acting as a trusted advisor, you will help minimize customer churn and maximize retention. Your role will also involve identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
