PandaDoc is hiring an Account Executive for their Small Business team to manage full-cycle sales and bring new business customers. You'll work with a substantial volume of inbound leads and utilize value-based sales techniques.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 1-3 years of on-quota direct sales experience selling B2B applications or solutions, particularly with small to medium-sized businesses. Your strong sales background equips you to manage the full-cycle sales process effectively, from prospecting to closing deals. You are comfortable working with a diverse portfolio of products and have a knack for understanding customer needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with various departments to ensure a seamless customer journey. Your communication skills allow you to engage effectively with prospects through multiple channels, including emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the full-cycle sales of qualified SMB leads, which includes generating contracts and delivering on closing requirements. You will meet or exceed monthly sales goals by employing appropriate value-based sales approaches and techniques. Your responsibilities will include conducting discovery calls to understand business needs and demonstrating how PandaDoc can be a solution. You will also perform product demonstrations and assist prospects in evaluating PandaDoc for their specific use cases. Additionally, you will negotiate and close deals while maintaining a clean pipeline and progressing buyers through the sales stages. Collaboration with other departments, such as Marketing and Customer Success, will be essential to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
