PandaDoc is hiring an Account Executive for their Small Business team to manage full-cycle sales and drive new business. You'll work with a substantial volume of inbound leads and utilize value-based sales techniques. This position requires 1-3 years of direct sales experience in B2B applications.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 1-3 years of on-quota direct sales experience selling B2B applications or solutions, particularly in the SMB and Mid-Market sectors. Your strong sales background equips you to manage the full-cycle sales process effectively, from lead qualification to closing deals. You are comfortable working with a substantial volume of inbound leads and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals using value-based sales approaches and techniques. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations that resonate with prospects' business needs.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with other departments such as Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management to ensure a seamless customer journey. Your ability to maintain a clean pipeline and progress buyers through sales stages is essential for success in this role. You are motivated by achieving targets and are committed to delivering exceptional service to your clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the full-cycle sales of qualified SMB leads, which includes contract generation and other deliverables necessary for closing deals across a diverse portfolio of products. You will meet and exceed monthly sales goals by employing appropriate value-based sales techniques. Your responsibilities will include performing prospecting activities, working with assigned leads to set up discovery calls and product demonstrations through various communication channels such as emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages.
You will conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their business needs and demonstrate how PandaDoc can provide solutions tailored to them. Your role will also involve negotiating and closing deals with buyers, ensuring that you maintain or exceed activity, pipeline, and closing metrics at the set targets. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure a best-in-class customer journey and a smooth handoff to post-sale teams, contributing to the overall success of PandaDoc.
