Overview

Panopto is building a talent community for a Senior Strategic Account Manager role to establish and expand partnerships with strategic clients. This position focuses on leveraging Learning Management Systems and Video Content Management Systems to drive customer success.

Who you are

You are a highly accomplished and strategically-minded Senior Strategic Account Manager with a proven track record in establishing and expanding partnerships with commercial and enterprise clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have a deep understanding of customer needs, which allows you to deliver tailored solutions that drive value. Your ability to build relationships with executive leadership and comprehend their institutional priorities sets you apart in your field.

You possess strong communication skills and excel at navigating complex organizational structures. You are results-driven and passionate about creating value for customers, ensuring that their goals align with the solutions you provide. Your experience in the Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Video Content Management Systems (VCMS) sectors gives you a unique perspective on how to leverage technology to enhance learning experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in establishing and expanding enduring partnerships with Panopto's most strategic clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, deeply understanding their evolving challenges and long-term strategic objectives. Your core purpose will be to drive customer success by ensuring that clients leverage Panopto's innovative solutions effectively.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that align with client needs and institutional priorities. Your role will involve proactive outreach to potential clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and fostering relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. You will also be responsible for tracking client satisfaction and ensuring that Panopto's offerings continue to meet their needs.
