You have a strong background in operations and enablement, ideally with experience in tech or AI-focused environments. You understand the intricacies of sales processes and have a knack for optimizing workflows to enhance productivity. Your experience includes evaluating and integrating technology stacks that support sales and onboarding efforts, ensuring that teams have the tools they need to succeed. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward. You are adaptable and can navigate the fast-paced nature of a growing company, making data-driven decisions to improve performance. You are a strategic thinker who can balance immediate needs with long-term goals, creating scalable solutions that grow with the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will design and optimize sales processes across the GTM team, focusing on improving productivity and performance. You will own and build the GTM tech stack, evaluating, deploying, and integrating tools that fit an AI-native motion. Your responsibilities will include building scalable workflows for lead routing, account assignment, and deal management, as well as maintaining dashboards and reporting for pipeline health, forecasts, and performance. You will partner with GTM leadership to ensure that the sales team is equipped to confidently sell, deploy, and expand a category-defining product. Your role will be pivotal in shaping how Parallel sells and scales, making a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory.
