What you'll do

As a Global Acquisition Coordinator at Passage, you will be responsible for discovering, promoting, and signing up global recruitment agents to the Passage platform. You will play a crucial role in increasing Passage’s market penetration in the covered geographies, serving as the main point of contact for partners. Your responsibilities will include providing training and initial operational support to ensure partners adopt Passage’s digital tools and workflows. You will uphold compliance and KYC standards for signed-up partners, ensuring that all processes are followed meticulously. Your role will require you to be organized with attention to detail and follow-through, maintaining a professional presence and integrity while handling confidential information.
