What you'll do

As a Global Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for discovering, promoting, and signing up global recruitment agents to the Passage platform. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing Passage’s market penetration in the covered geographies, making you a key player in the company's growth strategy. You will serve as the main point of contact for these partners, providing them with training and initial operational support to ensure they are well-equipped to utilize Passage’s digital tools and workflows effectively. Upholding compliance and KYC standards for signed-up partners will be a critical aspect of your role, ensuring that all operations align with regulatory requirements. You will own and deliver on quarterly targets, driving the activation of new partners and fostering strong relationships that contribute to the overall success of Passage's mission.
