What you'll do
As the Global Growth Lead at Passage, you will manage and grow relationships with global recruitment agents to maximize enrollments of students seeking to study in Canada. You will serve as the main point of contact for these agencies, providing proactive advisory and operational support to help them scale their recruitment efforts effectively. Your role will involve increasing Passageβs market share through partner engagement, training, and enablement, ensuring that partners adopt best practices and effectively support their students from application to arrival in Canada. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies to enhance partner success, ultimately contributing to the overall mission of dismantling barriers to education for brilliant minds.
