Who you are
You are a results-driven B2B account manager with a strong background in the study abroad industry, particularly within the Canadian admissions and visa ecosystem. You believe in the transformative power of education and are motivated by the impact your work can have on students' lives. You thrive on clear targets and deliver measurable outcomes, building trust quickly with partners and sustaining long-term relationships. You are tech-savvy, leveraging CRMs and digital tools to drive efficiency in your work, and you take pride in delivering quality and consistency in all your interactions.
What you'll do
As the Global Growth Lead at Passage, you will manage and grow relationships with global recruitment agents to maximize enrollments. You will serve as the main point of contact for these partners, providing proactive advisory and operational support to ensure their success. Your role will involve increasing Passage’s market share through partner engagement, training, and enablement, ensuring that partners adopt and effectively utilize the tools and resources provided to them. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve growth targets.
