Pathward is hiring a Senior Special Assets Account Executive to manage a portfolio of Classified loans and support the Special Assets Group. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and experience in financial services.

You have a strong background in financial services, particularly in managing portfolios and understanding risk and profitability. Your experience allows you to identify exit and recovery strategies effectively, ensuring that relationships meet corporate standards. You are a problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with leaders and senior account executives to achieve common goals.

You understand the importance of financial inclusion and are passionate about creating opportunities for all. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members helps you minimize losses and maintain high standards in asset management. You are detail-oriented and proactive, taking timely actions to ensure that client relationships are nurtured and developed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage all aspects of an assigned portfolio of Classified loans, working closely with the Special Assets Group. You will take timely actions to minimize client losses and ensure they do not exceed budgeted standards. Your responsibilities will include identifying exit and recovery strategies, supporting the Senior Account Executives, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards for risk and profitability.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that promote financial empowerment and inclusion. Your role will involve analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to leadership. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the Special Assets Group by sharing insights and best practices.
