Pathward is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage a portfolio of accounts in structured finance. You'll ensure compliance with loan policies and contribute to financial inclusion efforts. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in finance.

Who you are
You have a strong background in finance and account management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the intricacies of structured finance and have a proven track record of managing client relationships effectively. Your analytical skills allow you to assess financial conditions and industry trends, ensuring that you can take timely action to minimize client losses. You are detail-oriented and ensure that all advances and loans comply with established policies and structures. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are comfortable collaborating with teams remotely.
Desirable
Experience in financial empowerment or inclusion initiatives is a plus. Familiarity with asset-based lending services will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. You are a problem solver who embraces challenges and seeks innovative solutions to meet client needs. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage all aspects of an assigned portfolio of accounts, ensuring that relationships meet corporate standards for risk and profitability. You will conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial conditions and management performance, taking proactive measures to mitigate risks. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with loan policies and approved structures, as well as maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored financial solutions that meet client needs and contribute to the company's mission of financial inclusion.
You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth within your portfolio, leveraging your industry knowledge to recommend new products and services that align with client goals. Regular communication with clients will be essential, as you will need to provide updates on their accounts and address any concerns they may have. You will participate in strategic planning sessions to align your portfolio management strategies with the company's overall objectives.
