Overview

Patreon is hiring a Customer Happiness Technical Specialist to support creators on the Memberful product. You'll engage with customers to enhance their experience and help them succeed. This role is fully remote and requires a passion for customer service.

What you'll do

As a Customer Happiness Technical Specialist, you will work closely with the Memberful product to assist creators in navigating the platform and maximizing their success. You will engage with customers through various channels, providing support and guidance tailored to their needs. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, answering questions, and offering solutions that enhance the user experience.

You will collaborate with the Memberful team to identify common challenges faced by creators and contribute to the development of resources and tools that empower them. Your insights will help shape the future of the product, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our community. You will also participate in team discussions, sharing your experiences and ideas to improve our support processes and customer engagement strategies.
