Overview

Patreon is hiring a Technical Recruiter to partner with Engineering hiring managers and drive the end-to-end recruiting process. You'll utilize creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines. This role is based in New York City with a hybrid work model.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in recruiting, particularly in technical roles, and understand the nuances of hiring for engineering teams. You excel at developing clear job descriptions and sourcing strategies that attract high-quality candidates. Your experience allows you to manage the entire recruiting process effectively, from initial outreach to candidate closing. You are skilled in using data to inform your recruiting strategies and can articulate the needs of the engineering teams you support. You thrive in collaborative environments and can facilitate productive discussions during interview debriefs. You are committed to building diverse talent pipelines and understand the importance of a positive candidate experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with Engineering hiring managers to understand their team needs and role expectations. You will own and drive the end-to-end recruiting process, which includes developing job descriptions, creating sourcing strategies, and managing interview planning. You will build and maintain strong pipelines of high-quality talent using creative and proactive sourcing approaches. You will act as a strong voice in interview debriefs, ensuring discussions remain focused and lead to timely, well-calibrated decisions. Your ability to analyze recruiting funnel data will help inform your strategies and improve overall hiring outcomes.
