Who you are

You have 3-5+ years of paid search experience in a digital or full-service agency, particularly with ecommerce clients β€” you've developed a strong understanding of how to drive performance through strategic campaign management. Your expertise across Google Ads, GA4, and programmatic platforms allows you to create impactful campaigns that align with client goals.

You are confident in creating reports from Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Looker Studio β€” your analytical mindset helps you connect data to meaningful client outcomes. As a clear communicator and confident presenter, you build trusted relationships with clients through your technical expertise and proactive communication.

You have a proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with strong attention to detail β€” your organizational skills ensure that every aspect of campaign management is executed flawlessly. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with SEO and Analytics teams to lead integrated digital strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the primary SEM lead for a portfolio of clients, providing strategic direction for paid search campaigns β€” you'll ensure that every optimization across Google and Bing aligns with the client’s commercial KPIs. Managing the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, you will schedule keyword research, create ad copy, and implement structural updates to ensure seamless delivery.

You will oversee budget allocation and channel performance, monitoring daily spend and reporting to ensure all revenue and sales objectives are met β€” identifying and pitching new growth opportunities will be key, using competitor analysis and platform insights to drive incremental value and scale client accounts.

Collaboration is essential, as you will work with SEO and Analytics teams to provide specialist SEM advice that feeds into broader consulting projects β€” your role will be pivotal in shaping digital growth stories for our clients.
