Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of professional client-facing experience in a B2B role, particularly in the Programmatic or Performance Marketing space. Your ability to provide world-class client service while focusing on revenue growth sets you apart. You possess strong analytical skills and are proficient in advanced Excel functions, allowing you to navigate complex data with ease. Familiarity with BI platforms such as Tableau, QlikSense, or Looker is an advantage, as you love making data-driven decisions and identifying trends that lead to actionable insights.
You thrive in a highly technological and analytical environment, enjoying the challenge of solving complex analytical problems. Your fluency in English and natural collaborative spirit enable you to work effectively with multiple teams to achieve common goals. You are highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Desirable
Bonus points if you have experience working with programmatic platforms, particularly with different types of integrations like OpenRTB. Your background in this area will enhance your ability to drive performance for your clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a book of business consisting of tier-1 clients, identifying and executing upsell and optimization opportunities at scale. You will excel in building and maintaining strong relationships with international clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you monitor performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and generate insights that drive client success. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional results for your clients.
Your role will also involve regular communication with clients to understand their needs and challenges, allowing you to tailor solutions that meet their specific goals. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative strategies that enhance their performance.
