What you'll do

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Pattern, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy for the Asia region, specifically focusing on the Guangzhou office. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans that align with the company's goals. Your role will involve sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.

You will utilize data-driven insights to enhance the recruitment process, ensuring that you attract top talent in the ecommerce industry. You will also be responsible for managing the candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring that candidates feel valued and informed throughout the process. Collaborating with the HR team, you will contribute to employer branding initiatives that showcase Pattern as an employer of choice.
