You are self-motivated and goal-oriented, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Your strong understanding of the local language enhances your ability to connect with clients and stakeholders.

You possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. Your leadership skills enable you to create a culture of success within your team, fostering ongoing business achievement and motivating team members to reach their potential. You are willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events, showcasing your commitment to building strong client relationships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the business to understand and manage programs for clients and brands, focusing on accelerating core growth metrics related to sales and distribution.
