Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in distribution sales within the fintech or banking sectors, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales strategies and client management. You possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. Your self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset enable you to work independently while also thriving in a team environment. You have a strong understanding of the local language, which helps you connect with clients effectively. Your ability to manage customer expectations and contribute to a culture of success is evident in your previous roles.
Desirable
Experience in EDC sales or similar roles is a plus, as is a proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing business strategies. You are willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events, showcasing your commitment to building strong client relationships.
