You have 2-10 years of experience in sales, particularly in managing corporate accounts and driving revenue growth. Your strong understanding of client and market dynamics allows you to effectively pitch and execute deals, ensuring a healthy sales funnel at all times. You are self-motivated and well-connected in the industry, which helps you source new clients and maintain existing relationships.
You thrive in a target-driven environment and are accustomed to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Your ability to independently drive sales initiatives and manage multiple KPIs is crucial for success in this role. You are proactive in market visits and have a strategic approach to building and scaling your sales pipeline.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Manager at Paytm, your primary responsibility will be to drive business in the designated territory by selling Paytm's payment solutions, including EDC, DQR, and Sound Box. You will manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets through effective relationship management and strategic selling.
You will be expected to identify, develop, and pitch new business opportunities while executing quick closures of deals. Your role will involve regular market visits as per the beat plan, allowing you to stay connected with clients and understand their needs better. You will also be responsible for building and managing a sales funnel, ensuring that you have a robust pipeline of opportunities at all times.
