You have a strong background in sales management, with experience in growing distribution and market share in a competitive environment. Your ability to identify and recruit a sales team is complemented by your strategic thinking, allowing you to formulate effective counter strategies against local competition. You understand the importance of data analysis in sales, enabling you to gather insights that inform your execution plans. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey plans and targets clearly to your team, minimizing the expectations versus delivery gap.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for growing distribution and market share in your assigned area of operations. You will identify and recruit a sales team that aligns with the company's goals and drives business in the market. Formulating and launching counter strategies for local initiatives taken by competitors will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will analyze data to identify improvement areas and substantiate your findings through market visits, ensuring that you prioritize the right spots for performance.
