Paytm is hiring a Business Partnerships Health Insurance Manager to manage strategic partnerships with insurers and maximize business volumes. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution of insurer strategies.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 2-3 years of experience in insurance partnership management, business development, or product management roles specifically in the Health Insurance domain. Your strong negotiation skills enable you to lead discussions on commission structures and exclusive partnership deals effectively. You possess analytical abilities that allow you to analyze insurer performance metrics and identify growth opportunities. You are adept at collaborating with internal teams, including product, technology, sales, and marketing, ensuring alignment with market demands.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage strategic partnerships with insurers to maximize business volumes and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will lead negotiations on commission structures, pricing, and product offerings, facilitating product development discussions between Paytm and insurers. Regularly reviewing partnership agreements and compliance requirements will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring adherence to IRDAI regulations. You will generate and present reports on partnership outcomes and challenges to senior management, contributing to the overall strategy of the company.
