What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Client Acquisition Team at Paytm, focusing on driving business growth by identifying and onboarding new clients. You will be responsible for executing on-ground outreach initiatives, ensuring that acquisition activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve coordinating with colleges, corporates, and other external locations to secure necessary permissions and approvals for acquisition drives and events. You will maintain clear communication with your team and stakeholders, providing updates and documentation through platforms like WhatsApp and email. Your operational excellence will be crucial in achieving the team's objectives and aligning with the organization's strategic goals.
