Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales, particularly in channel sales, and have successfully managed a sales team of at least five members. Your market knowledge is robust, and you possess a zeal for growth, which drives your motivation to excel in sales. You understand the importance of distribution and expansion metrics, and you are equipped with a smartphone, bike, and helmet for extensive travel in your assigned area.
You are a graduate or above, with a preference for post-graduation, and you have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Your networking capabilities are exceptional, allowing you to build and maintain relationships with key clients. You are comfortable with the responsibilities of managing a sales team and ensuring they are consistently engaged in the market.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales enrollments and driving sales in Hyderabad. You will conduct market research to identify prospective customers and prepare a comprehensive list for your team. Your leadership will be crucial as you motivate team members to achieve better sales results and ensure they are actively engaging with customers in the market. You will manage an assigned geographic sales area, maximizing sales targets and meeting corporate objectives. Building a database of key contacts in your area will be essential, as will maintaining relationships with key client personnel. You will also manage category leads from qualification to closure, ensuring a smooth sales process.
