Your experience includes managing sales teams and operations, ensuring that targets are met and customer satisfaction is prioritized. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants and PSU companies. You are results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can create a culture of success and achievement.
You understand the importance of training and developing your sales staff, and you have experience in defining and coordinating training programs that empower your team to reach their full potential. Your analytical skills allow you to define sales processes that drive desired outcomes and identify areas for improvement. You are adept at setting and tracking sales targets, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop plans and strategies for achieving the company's sales goals, focusing on the oil and gas vertical. You will manage the sales teams and resources, ensuring that operations are efficient and effective in delivering growth. You will define the optimal sales force structure and hire new sales staff as needed. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new merchants for offline solutions and servicing existing merchants, maintaining strong relationships with key partners in the industry.
