You possess a strong understanding of local occupational health and safety regulations, ensuring that all operations comply with necessary standards. Your experience includes managing critical facilities and overseeing vendor management for specialized services, which has honed your ability to negotiate and maintain contracts effectively.

You are a strong communicator with excellent presentation skills — your ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively has helped you build strong relationships with stakeholders. You have a proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts, which is essential for managing financial activities related to facility operations. Your strong budget management and financial analysis skills enable you to track spending and ensure that all financial activities align with organizational goals.

You have a keen understanding of the technical aspects of property management, including utilities and infrastructure projects — your experience allows you to oversee the day-to-day operations of outsourced manpower involved in janitorial work, security, and maintenance of equipment and assets. You are proactive in risk management, ensuring that property risk management programs are implemented and maintained effectively.

What you'll do

As a Facilities Manager at Paytm, you will lead a team to manage the day-to-day facility operations for the assigned geography — your role will involve being the key point of contact for location stakeholders, ensuring that all facility activities run smoothly. You will assume overall responsibility for facility management, landlord management, and any infrastructure projects that arise. Your role will also involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that all facility needs are met — you will work closely with outsourced manpower to oversee janitorial work, security, and maintenance of equipment and assets. You will be expected to achieve key performance indicators and service level agreement targets, ensuring that the facility operates at optimal efficiency.
