Who you are
You have a proven track record in growth management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in driving user acquisition and engagement strategies. Your expertise in Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) allows you to design automated journeys that enhance user experience and increase customer lifetime value. You are data-driven and possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to optimize growth metrics effectively. Your leadership experience equips you to collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring alignment across teams to achieve growth objectives. You understand the nuances of performance marketing and can leverage various digital and offline channels to maximize reach and impact. You are passionate about understanding user behavior and are skilled in experimentation to drive sustainable growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy for Paytm Travel, focusing on all travel categories including Flights, Trains, Buses, Hotels, and Packages. You will define and execute key metrics to build and scale a predictable growth engine that encompasses acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention. You will lead Customer Lifecycle Management initiatives, utilizing segmentation and behavioral triggers to design automated journeys that resonate with users. Your responsibilities will include driving performance marketing campaigns, optimizing payback efficiency, and enhancing cohort performance. You will analyze data to inform decisions on LTV expansion and CAC optimization, ensuring that growth systems are high-impact and scalable. You will work closely with various teams to foster a collaborative environment that accelerates business scale and drives user engagement.
