Who you are

You have experience in contract management and regulatory compliance, ideally within the fintech sector. Your ability to draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts is complemented by a strong understanding of legal frameworks and compliance requirements. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, engineering, and finance teams to align legal strategies with business objectives. Your attention to detail ensures that all contracts adhere to applicable laws and internal policies, safeguarding the company's interests. You are comfortable using contract management tools and standard office productivity software, which enhances your efficiency in managing the contract lifecycle.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of legal responsibilities, including drafting and negotiating contracts such as vendor agreements, partnership contracts, service agreements, and NDAs. You will develop and maintain standardized contract templates to streamline processes and improve consistency across business units. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will incorporate legal and compliance requirements into product development and business contracts. You will conduct regulatory compliance assessments to ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in the fintech space. Additionally, you will manage the full contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution and monitoring, ensuring that all documentation is thorough and up-to-date.
