You have a strong background in sales, particularly in channel sales, and have successfully managed a team of at least five members. Your market knowledge is robust, and you possess a zeal for growth that drives your performance. You are equipped with a smartphone, bike, and helmet, ready to navigate your assigned territory effectively.

Your experience includes not only achieving sales targets but also motivating your team to excel. You have a knack for networking and building relationships, which is crucial for identifying prospective customers and ensuring that your team is consistently engaging with the market. You are a graduate or have a post-graduate degree, which adds to your qualifications for this role.

What you'll do

As the Team Lead for Sales at Paytm, you will be responsible for driving sales enrollments and overall sales performance in Alappuzha.
