Overview

Paytm is hiring a Team Lead Sales to drive product sales and manage customer relationships in Kochi. You'll oversee a field sales team and expand the distribution network for offline payment solutions.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales management, ideally with experience in channel sales or field sales. You are comfortable managing a team of sales representatives and have a proven track record of driving sales performance. You possess excellent communication skills and are adept at building relationships with clients and partners. You are motivated by achieving sales targets and have a strategic mindset to optimize sales processes. You are familiar with the oil and gas industry and understand the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of sales representatives, motivating them to achieve their targets and drive merchant acquisition through Paytm's QR and POS products. You will be responsible for onboarding and servicing petrol and gas station merchants, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. You will maintain strong business relationships with PSU and Oil Marketing Companies, acting as the key point of contact throughout the customer journey. Analyzing sales data will be a crucial part of your role, as you will use insights to optimize performance and drive growth. You will also represent Paytm's brand in the market, ensuring that our values and mission are communicated effectively to all stakeholders.
