What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the sales efforts for Paytm's QR and Soundbox segments across multiple locations in Odisha. Your primary responsibility will be to increase sales through effective channel management and deployment strategies. You will identify and recruit a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet targets and drive business growth.
You will devise communication plans to minimize the expectations versus delivery gap, ensuring that your team is clear on their goals and responsibilities. Regular monitoring of quality parameters as suggested by management will be crucial, as will conducting audits on acquisitions and sales performed by your team. You will also ensure that team members are actively engaging in the market, where sales and usage are consistently monitored and optimized.
