What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Client Acquisition Team at Paytm, focusing on increasing the sale of EDC machines across multiple locations. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, monitoring team performance, and reporting on key metrics. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the overall engagement of the merchant base, ensuring that their needs are prioritized and addressed. You will also play a key role in hiring and building a strong team, discovering training needs, and providing coaching to enhance team performance.
